IQD晶振旗下的IQXT-200和IQXT-210 溫補(bǔ)晶振TCXO現(xiàn)在提供-40至105°C的擴(kuò)展工作溫度范圍,具有異常緊密的穩(wěn)定性。這種寬溫度范圍特別適用于暴露在極端環(huán)境和高溫下的應(yīng)用,例如消防員,石油和天然氣行業(yè)以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的便攜式無線電系統(tǒng)。然而,不僅環(huán)境溫度需要振蕩器高達(dá)105°C,而且在外殼應(yīng)用中放置在振蕩器附近的其他組件的自加熱也需要振蕩器。
IQXT-200采用7.0 x 5.0 mm封裝,在此寬溫度范圍內(nèi)穩(wěn)定性為±50 ppb或±280 ppb。IQXT-210采用較小的5.0 x 3.2 mm封裝,現(xiàn)在可在-40至105°C范圍內(nèi)提供±280 ppb的穩(wěn)定性。四個(gè)可用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)頻率是10.0 MHz, 19.2 MHz, 20.0 MHz和38.88 MHz,但可根據(jù)要求提供其他頻率。
電流消耗比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)OCXO晶振低90%
兩種型號(hào)都指定具有3.3 V供電電壓和HCMOS輸出,而最大電流僅為10 mA。這些TCXO晶振的當(dāng)前功耗比可比的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)OCXO晶振低90%。此外,由于技術(shù)功能,OCXO晶振無法在-40至105°C的擴(kuò)展溫度范圍內(nèi)提供。這就是為什么IQXT-200和IQXO-210為極端溫度條件下的應(yīng)用提供理想的解決方案,在這些條件下,嚴(yán)格的穩(wěn)定性是必不可少的。
這些振蕩器還可以指定包括±8ppm min的拉范圍,其頻率可以通過各種應(yīng)用的固定數(shù)量進(jìn)行調(diào)整,這也允許遠(yuǎn)程應(yīng)用。
IQXT-200和IQXT-210主要用于通信和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用。憑借嚴(yán)格的穩(wěn)定性,它們?yōu)樾⌒头涓C、光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)(PON)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)路由器和交換機(jī)、5G基站、回程基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、Wi-Fi和各種其他類型的通信等應(yīng)用確保了穩(wěn)定的時(shí)序。
這兩種型號(hào)都符合RoHS標(biāo)準(zhǔn),回流焊兼容,并提供磁帶和卷軸。
